Forgotten Stars is a BrainCo award-winning mockumentary about Jerry Boyd and Delbert Schwartz; life-long friends, stars of stage, screen and radio whose careers have been all but forgotten in the modern age.
Along the way they discover the glamour and fickleness of the harsh mistress Hollywood; star in the first kids' show in the early days of television along with their ill-fated friend, Komrade Klown; are swept up in the Red Scare of the McCarthy hearings (Joseph, not Charlie); break up, reunite and fade into the sunset.
"Here is proof that wit doesn't need a big budget. I was so busy laughing that I forgot to notice whose lips were moving." Mal Vincent, The Virginian Pilot. Read the full review.
"Forgotten Stars" is written by James Shearer, directed by Richard
